Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where our pharmacist or prescriber determines it would not be clinically appropriate. Providing false or misleading information may result in your order being cancelled and could affect your safety.
All prescription-only medicines are issued following a clinical review conducted by a qualified prescriber. No prescription will be issued unless our team is satisfied that the treatment is safe and suitable for you.
Prescriptions are valid only for the individual named and must not be shared with others. We retain the right to refuse or cancel any prescription at our professional discretion. All dispensing is carried out in accordance with GPhC standards and UK law.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly before purchase.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated and will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
Orders approved by our pharmacist are dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is to UK addresses only. We use tracked and discreet postal services to protect your privacy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter appropriately.
Refunds for eligible orders will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
Our services are not a substitute for advice from your own GP or primary healthcare provider. The information we provide is intended to support your weight management journey and does not constitute a comprehensive medical consultation.
You are encouraged to maintain regular contact with your own GP, particularly if you have existing health conditions or take other medications. In the event of a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
